One Year Old

My blog is one year old today. The past year has flown by and having this blog has been great to track it all. I've really enjoyed posting what's been going on and I hope people get a kick out of it too. I post some serious stuff from time to time, but for the most part it's all about fun.     Hi Congratulations for your Blog, you miss my almost daily visit, I'm from Portugal. I have my own blog also so please take a tour on it.
    I liked a lot your comments about the trainer. I bought one also and yesterday I saw the DVD of 24 solo, at 150 Hbpm! Know I'm doing 1 minute standings along the training.
