Oh deer . . .. . . . I got a flat tire tonight.
This is my first road tire flat EVER. I've been very lucky. Tonight, on a Manotick loop by myself after work, my luck ran out. Took the photo of the deer in the field, with the Cdn geese in the corn behind them, tonight too. The plan as an interval'ish ride, but the legs couldn't hold up their end of the bargain.
Must not be fully recovered from Sunday's sufferfest.
