Just back in town tonight - beat tired from driving from New Brunswick today. Halifax before that. PEI before that. Looking forward to some travel-free days. Didn't race yesterday. Right decision for me. Haven't been on the bike for one week. Knee is still sore and swollen. Will be seeing Mary this week for a bike fit.

Glad to see my team won a stage in the TDF.
