Is that the first or second steep pitch as you make you way from the Chelsea Parking lot?
Phat, the lower half before you cross over the parkway is the only section on all of penguin that I would consider technically challenging. The rest is all very doable . . . Steep'ish, but rideable. It's the only real rocky wall like section.
