It's cold and wet outside today. Still lots of leaves on the trees, plenty of colour. I will not be playing on the bike today - in recovery mode since my injections on Thursday. Lots of bruising and the tenderness has subsided. Another 3 days wrapped up tighter than a ducks ass.
