20 minute warm up on the way into the park. Started the timer and heart rate monitor.
Here's what I came up with:
- 1 hr 26 min of suffering, average heart rate 167bpm
- max heart rate 190bpm
- time in muscular endurance zone = 39 minutes
- time in anaerobic = 26 minutes (Anaerobic is a technical word which literally means without air)
- time in out of breath; I'm going to die; I can't go on zone = 9 minutes.
