Too bad eh. I wonder if they morphed the event into a Roubaix style event it would be more popular? I can't think of too many people who get a kick out of running/walking on snow. If the Tour of the Battenkill is any indication - with over 2200 registrants - I think Roubaix style events are pretty vibrant right now. The Almonte Roubaix attracts tonnes of rider who only do that one event all year. I think that says a lot.
